Excellent Car Service and Care for Customers! Joanna Morgan Tsymbaliuk was awesome! She was very thorough in explaining everything needed to be done with my car with the corresponding charges and Joanna Morgan Tsymbaliuk was awesome! She was very thorough in explaining everything needed to be done with my car with the corresponding charges and was very helpful in getting me the shuttle to get to work while they work on my car. I also appreciate her giving me a call for the additional work needed that they found while while working on my car. There's a Toyota Dealer near me but I don't mind the drive going to Santa Monica as I'm very satisfied with great service that they provide. Awful dealer!! I love my Prius and prior Toyota cars, but this dealer is the worst. When I went to buy my Prius, they quoted me a terrible price and I therefore bou I love my Prius and prior Toyota cars, but this dealer is the worst. When I went to buy my Prius, they quoted me a terrible price and I therefore bought it at the Manhattan Beach Toyota dealer. Because I live close to Santa Monica, I occasionally take my Prius to the SM dealer for service. The people have generally been nice and accommodating. However, I have had an ongoing problem with my headlights going out every few months, and finally received a recall notice regarding this issue. As my headlights just went out again this week, I called to see if I could bring my car in today to get the headlights fixed. I was told they do NO work related to recall issues on the weekend--only Monday through Friday mornings (the time most people are working). Because I don't get paid time off that doesn't work for me. The SM doesn't give a darn, and they don't care if someone is driving around without headlights for the weekend. I have had much better experiences at the Culver City and Manhattan Beach dealerships. I may have to drive farther, but it's worth it!! More
