Jonathan was wonderful in helping me with my vehicle. I came in both for a regular service and then to get a part replaced that was having issues (not related to the service). Expensive preventive services were recommended that I had done. On the invoice they are noted as customers request. Later I reviewed the service recommendations in my Prius Manuel and found none of these ser done. On the invoice they are noted as customers request. I think the dealership was a bit deceptive. mHad I known Toyota did not recommend these services I would not have had them performed. Although I have used the dealer service with my previous Prius and the current one for many years I am not sure I will ever use them again. More
The service representatives were extremely helpful. Yet, although I had an appointment, the service was quite slow. But the service itself seemed fine. I have one criticism. DON'T change that setting -- as the service technicians did. This is a dangerous habit, which means that I can find myself driving without headlights and not realize it for a period, and thus be left trying to reset the lights while driving, if I have no easy place to pull over. There is no reason to change a setting that the vehicle owner has in place. Don't do that again. Thank you. More

inspector's poor justifications. I brought my car because my tire blew out on freeway. Two inspectors check my car and gave me two complete deferent summary. One said he found a tiny whole on the tire but th my tire blew out on freeway. Two inspectors check my car and gave me two complete deferent summary. One said he found a tiny whole on the tire but the other one said we found pieces of glasses. Two non sense reasons for a tire blow out on a FREEWAY! More
