The experience was great and timely as usual. I expected a complimentary car wash (exterior) like all other service centers provide. It was not provided and I assume the service center was too busy yesterd a complimentary car wash (exterior) like all other service centers provide. Given how much I paid for the 5 year 50k mile service since the care has low mileage and is outside the warranty, I would have appreciated this simple gesture. More

Only reason for 4 stars is that service techs left the parts trash inside the car. My car is not the neatest but I didn’t like that I had to clean up their trash.
