TERRIBLE!!! My wife and I were shopping for a used car in the beginning and we found one online in this dealership. When we went there, they told us they just SOLD it that morning and they didn't have any mo the beginning and we found one online in this dealership. When we went there, they told us they just SOLD it that morning and they didn't have any more used cars with the features we want. Then, they started selling us their new cars. The most expensive Prius Plug-in!!! A car can only go 10mile on electric, which means basically you need to charge your car every 6min on highway. Anyway, we tested drive it, but 80% of the answers I got from the sale person were "I don't know". Their sale people have NO TRAINING AT ALL!!! After that, we decided not to buying that car, they started to sell us another one a little cheaper within our budget. We saw the car and my wife liked it. So we decided to not wasting our time on another dealer and buy the car we just saw. However, when we went back to pick up the car the next day, they gave us ANOTHER CAR. Based on what the Manager, Andy, said, this car is EXACTLY the SAME as the one we saw. The one we saw having a light misty grey interior color, but the one they gave us having a dark grey instead. Is he color-blind!!!? When we told them that's not the car we want, they told us the car we saw the day before was SOLD!!! AGAIN, THEY SOLD THE CAR YOU WANT BEFORE YOU CAN GET IT!!! A car which is still on their showroom without any SOLD tag is SOLD!!! And the manager said if we insisted, he can get another car for that customer who bought our car. I asked him couple times is that true, he said "YES!!" So he's going to break the contract with another customer in order to give us the car. What a powerful manager without taking all the lawful consequence. Or the car actually was NOT SOLD, Andy is just a LIAR and CHEATER!!! He just wanted to get more money from our pocket!!! Plus, he threatened us to spend two more hours to sign all the paperwork and document again if we wanted the car we liked. Otherwise, we should take the car they gave us!!! He finally gave us the car we want, but we need to pay him more money because the car is DIFFERENT from the car they gave us before. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER AGAIN!!! More
Although I felt ripped off paying over 1,000 just to replace a starter motor, I can deal with that because I am a Toyota owner and the word is you pay more, off course, but what really pissed me off was replace a starter motor, I can deal with that because I am a Toyota owner and the word is you pay more, off course, but what really pissed me off was that Mark said the lender car was free, but of course when the bill came, I was charged 30 dollars or more. Won't go there again and will warn my friends. So, there you go. More

I looked at the paint and noticed all the millions of Small Scratches. They look like scratches from washing/drying the car. The car was bought about a month ago. The only place I have had the car washed was the Toyota Dealer in Santa Monica. When I was talking to Saul he said to bring it in on 6/20/12 and he will have someone from the body shop buff out all the small scratches. I brought the car in on 6/20/12. I was greeted by Marlon Castillo. He then brought Katie Shiver. She looked at the car and said with a Smirk on her face “These Scratches” I told her the scenario that you can only see all the scratches in the sun and not in the shade and Saul asked me to bring it in. The weather was overcast and no sun. She said she doesn’t know if she has anyone that can do it today. So she made a phone call and asked around. She said to leave the car and she will try to find someone to do it but she wasn’t sure. I said, I made an Apt with Saul and don’t want to leave the car if no one is going to work on it. He’s the one that told me to come back on 6/20/12 and it will be taken care of. Katie Shiver went and talked to another gentleman. After talking to him, she came back to the car and told me with a bad attitude and smirk on her face. She told me that she didn’t think that buffing the car would do anything and if it did, the car would have scratches in it again. I asked her if she was a professional with paint finishes. She told me “I’m just telling you what the other gentleman told me” well that’s the same opinion she told me when she first looked at the car, plus the other gentleman never looked at the car. She had a bad attitude from the beginning. When I was getting an attitude, I said forget it, I need to go. She went back into the office and laughed at me well I was leaving. I got back out of the car and asked Marlon “service manager” for someone to call me back. I have a complaint. I personally think I had bad customer service. When I bought the car the sales pitch was “Well wash it for free as long as you own the car”. Now that I bought the car, it seems like all I get is a poorly washed car. Never the inside, outside is poorly washed and Rims never touched. I now see what kind of customer service I receive after I buy a car. I thought by buying a new car, I know the history of the car and whatever goes wrong with it, I did it. Thanks for ruining my dreams of owning a brand new car. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They are not hungry for your business and therefore will advise you wrong repeatedly as they are not interested in the needs and interests of the customer are not hungry for your business and therefore will advise you wrong repeatedly as they are not interested in the needs and interests of the customer whatsoever. For example, I came in wanting to lease a new car and was told I would be unable to do so and only would be able to finance a used car. The very next day I visited my family dealership, Toyota Carlsbad in the San Diego area and leased a new car no problem. I highly recommend steering clear of this dealership More
