Regular Scheduled Maintenance Fast service, however, there was no one taking care of the coffee/drink area. I was there for good amount of one and half hour. BUYER BEWARE! THEY LIE & TRY TO TRICK YOU! I would highly recommend all buyers to stay away from Toyota Place. I purchased a Brand new RAV4 with 2 miles on the odometer that stopped working I would highly recommend all buyers to stay away from Toyota Place. I purchased a Brand new RAV4 with 2 miles on the odometer that stopped working 2 days after purchase. It died as my wife was driving & she was almost rear ended, leaving her stranded for 2 hours & inconveniencing us to return to the dealership to receive a Hyundai as a loaner overnight to try to diagnose the issues. When we came back, we were told that they did not know what the issue was & were promised a new vehicle replacement. Carlos Medina, the General Manager, promised a free vehicle detail for the inconvenience. The dealership owner, Sam, was there & then promised an additional $500 off of the original purchase price. We shook hands & it was witnessed in person by both Carlos Medina & the salesperson, Elci. When I came back later that evening at 9:30 to pick up the replacement RAV4, the finance manager had Elci call Carlos to confirm the $500 discount, however Carlos said that it was to be in the form of a free vehicle detail & that I was being unappreciative. I told them that they could deal with my attorney & started walking out. The closing manager apologized & decided to override Carlos Medina's decision & gave me the discount that was promised to me. Save yourself the trouble & purchase your vehicle from a dealer with more than 2.5 stars on Yelp. More
