I came to TofGG on friday after thanks giving. My family and I showed up there around 10AM. We were the first customer visit there. As I approach the door. I politely ask for his business card and the guy didn't even bother to give us a the business car. He said just come back as for him. Three hour later. We came back there and ask for Phuong Tran. We wait for 10 minutes. The receiptionist nicely tell me go to the internet fleet department. I meet Frank, an internet fleet manager, who I introduce myself and detail information of the vehicle that I want. He gave me a quote $400 higher than previous dealer I went to. I negotiate for better deal and the guy didn't even care what I present. He walk out the room leaving me and his assistance there. Momment later he came back asking me where I got the quote. I told him the Longo Toyota in El Monte. He start bagging how the other dealer ship treat customer and cheat on them. At that moment, I cut him and ask if he willing to give the deal or not. But no, he discount $100 (what a joke). I would not recomment any to this dealer. They don't have much inventory. I went to Longo and got my car. More
