I usually come to Toyota Place to get service for my oil change. The wait time they told me was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes and I still have not got a call my car was done so I went to the cashier to ask about my car. They said they did not have the sheet so I should go look for my Service Representative. I went to look for him, but he was on lunch. I go back to the cashier and and told them the situation. They said they will go get some one to find out of my car was finished. I finally was able to get my car and leave. The whole total time was almost 2 hours for an oil change. Took too long for my liking. More

We tried to work a deal for another vehicle and all he wanted to talk about was a 5-7 year APR of 4-6% before even agreeing on a price for the vehicle or running our credit. We went back and forth with him for over an hour. Complete waste of time. Went to another nearby Toyota dealer the following day and bought the car I wanted with lower miles on it at 1.9% in less than an hour. Stay away from this place. More
