They would just straight up start ignoring all your calls/texts if a problem arises after you sign the lease. Please save yourselves the headache and avoid this dealership like a plague. More

I said dude give me the selling price, he then said it was 47,225 because of dealer installed options and a 5,000 dollar mark up on the truck. WOW, never mind. he said wait what if I could make it MSRP, I replied you cant. He again said ill make it MSRP will you come down right now and buy the truck, I said yes ill be there in a couple hours. Got there and was told to see Israel, he was busy so another salesman showed me the truck and took me on a test drive. After we went inside and sat down they said they were gonna run some numbers, I told them I may trade in my 2019 Tacoma as well. But I sat and sat and sat and the salesman kept coming back saying it was coming, couple minutes couple minutes. all of a sudden another man sits down and puts the tricky four square selling tool on the table and rudely says what do you want for your truck, I said what. He replied what do you want cause will only give you 15,000 for it, these trucks dont have a great value, I laughed and said no thanks. He rudely replied well what do you want for it, I said obviously nothing near what youll pay im gonna take it to Carmax. no deal was even offered after an hour and a half so I left. Went to Carmax and was offered 34,000 for my truck. I called the sales manager Luis back and told him what happened and he said to come back so he could fix it and make the situation right. I said I was done for the day. I called Luis back Monday and said I would return Tuesday and give him one chance to make it right. I returned Tuesday with my father and was texted by Luis to ask for Ysmael. He insisted we go upstairs to verify the truck was there. Even being a Cancer Patient I said what the heck and huffed it 3 flights to the roof parking lot. After we looked at the truck another salesman came. he asked how I was doing and i said I thought I would be dealing only with Luis, so we went downstairs and we sat. Luis came and asked if he could have my key and my offer from Carmax. I went and got it, gave him my key and told him Luis you have ONE CHANCE, ONE OFFER and thats it. When he came back the deal was not MSRP but 42,225. I said no I would like my key and my Carmax paper, He said ok how about I cut off another 2,500 and I said no you had one chance and you have insulted me and now you try to take more off, I want my key and Carmax offer. After that he had the nerve to ask me if I would sell my truck to them for 34,000. I said now im pissed, two days ago you tell me 15,000 and now you insult me more. GIVE ME MY KEY AND Carmax offer. Finally he said ok and went and got my things and my father and I left. Total game players, pushers and time wasters in my opinion More
