I went on a weekend and was greeted immediately, then paired with Tan Le, my sales rep. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. I test drove the car, mentioned a few things that would make the purchase right for me and was pleased to finalize the deal with very little muss or fuss. Jeff, the manager, was equally helpful and made the transaction a smooth and pleasant one, all the way around. Cindy Was An Excellent Service Advisor. Service was excellent. I waited for my car knowing it could take awhile and Cindy kept me well informed as to what was going on. She was very personab Service was excellent. I waited for my car knowing it could take awhile and Cindy kept me well informed as to what was going on. She was very personable and came out into the service wait room area to talk to me, to keep me posted and also asking for permission for any add-on expense from my initial estimate. Overall it was a very experience. On a side note I strongly feel that if the door locks on the Camry all fail and re-fail often on all of the doors that a recall and permanent solution should be found or it should always be considered a free part and labor for the life of the car should your warranty run out. My Camry has been a really good car and I only go to Toyota Place for service so it is a shame to have to come in to have this done every year to every other year on a four door car. I will continue to go to Toyota Place for all my service and again it was overall an excellent experience and Cindy was a very good representative for your company. Thank you. Mitchell More
