As a busy and serious buyer, Toyota Place Staffs understood my limited time for this case, they took care of my sale process in only 90 minutes including test driving, detailed of out of the door price and financing. I give 5 stars to Service team members who cleaned the inside and outside of the car in perfect conditions. I'm very happy with the 2020 Rav4 that was purchased from Toyota Place of Garden grove. This service was ok but my previous service in April wasn't. Service in April failed to note obvious abnormal tire wear which resulted in additional tire damage after service rotated the tires.
