Service On Aug. 6, 2018, I took my 2008 Toyota Camry in for a oil change. The service advisor (Adrian, Jackson) informed me of the recommendations from the On Aug. 6, 2018, I took my 2008 Toyota Camry in for a oil change. The service advisor (Adrian, Jackson) informed me of the recommendations from the mechanic after he inspected my car. I was told, I needed to have links & bushings put on the front & rear of my car, replace engine filter, install cabin air filter, basic tune up, & coolant flush done, not at any time was it mentioned that I had a cracked radiator or any other kinds of RADIATOR issues. At that time I only got the oil change done on Aug. 6, 2018. On Sept. 7, 2018, I took my car in to have the work done on it from the (Aug 6, 18) previous recommendation of the mechanic. Before any work was done on my car another inspection was done on it, and once again no mention of a cracked radiator or any other radiator issues. (So August 6/September 7 inspections done no my car and neither inspection revealed any radiator issues). A few days after receiving my car back from having the recommended work done on it, it begins to smoke. I notified Toyota on western service department and was instructed to return the car, which I did and informed me after another inspection of my vehicle that my radiator was cracked. I asked how could that be? I explained to the service clerk A.J., I had no issues with my radiator ever, no smoking or anything until I got my car back from being serviced by Toyota on western mechanic. I was asked by service members if I was in an accident, or did I hit a pot hole, because that could crack my radiator. (I wasn't in either) I was also told it's the age of my car that can also cause my radiator to crack. Wasn't buying any of those reasons. To say the least, I was not pleased at all because I felt the mechanic cracked my radiator and Toyota on western service members where putting all the blame on me. I reached out to Alberto Ocho the Service manager by email, and phone (no answer, had to leave a message) and as of 19 Sep 2018 he has yet to reached out to me regarding this issue. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I spoke with Keith who gave me some assistance. Toyota on Western always serviced my car and please know that I will never EVER do any business with Toyota on Western as long GOD blesses me with this car. I reached out to a certified independent mechanic and I was told that and I quote "the mechanic at Toyota on Western CRACKED YOUR RADIATOR"!!!! More
Fantastic Service I love to bring my car to Toyota on Western. Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy when my car needs to be repaired. But I understand that it is require I love to bring my car to Toyota on Western. Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy when my car needs to be repaired. But I understand that it is required when you own a car. What I love is the fact that the service rep explained exactly what was wrong with my car in terms that I could understand. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. The service was fantastic. More

Not Consumer friendly Got a flat repaired there. Went flat again within 10 days on a cold winter day. I had to drive home on it...ruining it. They refused any considerati Got a flat repaired there. They refused any consideration to their customer (of many years, 4 Toyotas repaired there) and wanted $100 for a new tire...I concluded the tire repair was faulty! and new tire discounted!! More

I have priced service with local mechanics and other dealers and they are always the lowest priced. They will tell me when some parts needs replacing and will then comment, but it can wait until your next scheduled maintenance. HOW UNUSUAL AND GREAT IS THAT! More
