Excellent Service I was hesitant to bring my car in during the covid pandemic. Horrible place- please stay away! Keith is worse. I made an appointment and he confirmed it. I got there after driving 45mins to this dealership and they told me they have too many cars in there and can't d an appointment and he confirmed it. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I brought my Rav4 in for some issues I was having with my radio. I knew I bought the extended warranty on my Rav4 so I was hoping it would be covered. I brought my Rav4 in for some issues I was having with my radio. I knew I bought the extended warranty on my Rav4 so I was hoping it would be covered. When I spoke to Gali Chavez about my issues he was more than helpful. He looked up my warranty I have and told me all that would be covered. He helped me understand the coverage and was great at explaining everything to me. I was very impressed with the way the service technician explained to me what the issue was with my radio and assured me that me needed to order a new one and replace mine. Once the radio came in from the factory the Parts department, Alex Ramos called me to let me know the radio was in and I can make an appointment to come in and have the service done. The Service and Parts department were on top of things to get me in and out and make sure I was happy. I would recommend this dealership for all your Toyota needs. More
