Vehicle service center customer service are very bad,un organized, employees sipping coffee and smoking inside the operating room while working on cars, 2 1/2 to 3 hours for oil change , and they dont work organized, employees sipping coffee and smoking inside the operating room while working on cars, 2 1/2 to 3 hours for oil change , and they dont work on issues you ask then to fix and diagnose, very careless of people time and satisfaction. You make an appointment and you tell them what needs to be worked on but once you go their they disregard and then then lie about the situation so you have to schedule another appointment to fix the same issue that you needed to be worked on the first time. Also requested to speak to supervisor or manager but he wont talk to me , very disappointing and disrespectful. Will never take my car to that location again. Submitted a complaint with general Toyota main office and will follow up on it. More

A priceless car? I asked for a quote on a new vehicle and got the response that they "don't hold or reserve cars for people. I wasn't asking to hold the car, I just wanted a price quote before I drove 5 hours each way. They still refused to give me a price quote stating that price quotes are only given in the store and suggested I look elsewhere. xxx? I wasn't rude. I didn't ask for anything other than a price on a car. I guess you don't really want the business. Good luck in business with that attitude. Zero stars. Can even comment on the price, because they refused to give one. More
