My experience at Toyota of Vero Beach Service was excellent. Carl was my service rep, he kept me informed and followed up as promised. He explained why certain repairs had to be done now and how I excellent. Carl was my service rep, he kept me informed and followed up as promised. Came in and spoke to a service writer to set up a service appointment for the following Saturday for my 5000 miles service. Went to the dealership at the appointment time and they did not have me in their c appointment for the following Saturday for my 5000 miles service.
