Toyota Of Vero Beach - Service Center

Recent took my 2019 Highlander in for first 5,000 mile checkup. I had decided to add running boards added during this service visit. Being a Saturday and short staffed, it was going to take sometime to checkup. I had decided to add running boards added during this service visit. They offered to send me home with Lyft and pick me up when it was done, but I had things to do and asked if I could bring it back another day. They were very accommodating. Steve, Carl & Tim in the Service Dept have always been great along with my favorite salesman Jason Nightengale. We have 3 Toyotas in my family! More

Terrible service. Vehicle was returned with more issues then when it was dropped off for warranty repair. My experience at Toyota of Vero Beach Service was excellent. Carl was my service rep, he kept me informed and followed up as promised. He explained why certain repairs had to be done now and how I excellent. Carl was my service rep, he kept me informed and followed up as promised.
