Very poor customer service. Delivered vehicle Wednesday night. Vehicle not ready Thursday or Friday and further required to leave weekend. Not offered any discount. Poor value for money on repairs. Recent took my 2019 Highlander in for first 5,000 mile checkup. I had decided to add running boards added during this service visit. Being a Saturday and short staffed, it was going to take sometime to checkup. I had decided to add running boards added during this service visit. Being a Saturday and short staffed, it was going to take sometime to do the work. They offered to send me home with Lyft and pick me up when it was done, but I had things to do and asked if I could bring it back another day. They were very accommodating. Steve, Carl & Tim in the Service Dept have always been great along with my favorite salesman Jason Nightengale. We have 3 Toyotas in my family! More
