Needed a new key. It was an emergency. Called Toyota of Vero Beach and bill. The service manager talked me through what I needed to do, unfortunately, the key would no It was an emergency. I was able to get the car to start and he took me right in when I got there and they programmed a new key and I was out the door in 30 minutes maybe less. Thank you very much Vero Beach Toyota. More
Couldn’t make my appointment this week, and had to reschedule. After decades dealing with a local Toyota dealship that has become horrible at customer service I decided to drive a few miles further north to Toyota of Vero Beach. Thanks to the very personable Ricky in has become horrible at customer service I decided to drive a few miles further north to Toyota of Vero Beach. Thanks to the very personable Ricky in service scheduling, who allowed me to vent my frustration about the former dealership, I was able to get in for maintence within an hour after speaking with him. Robert, the service advisor, is professional and courteous. The orginal dealer was usually a 2-3 hour wait for simple maintence. And as I would wait the salesmen would be like vultures on a carcass, pressuring me for a trade in on my 3 year old, 10k mile Tacoma. Not here. I sat in a very comfortable waiting room, unlike the bus stop waiting room I was used too, with zero pressure from anyone. The best part, a 45 minute wait and I was out the door! Thanks for a great first experience. I intend to not only bring my vehicle here, I will be bringing my wife's 2023 4Runner as well. I just hope they continue this kind of exceptional customer service. Thanks again! More

Went home after three hr service.Went home looked on line saw a 2022 rave 4 called William back he said come back in and we’ll make it happen.Arrived Back at Dealership around three pm he introduced me to Paul Willis due to the fact that he had a doctors appointment.Paul Willis took over and did an excellent job to get us in to the rave 4 he was very professional courteous.we then were brought to John in finance he did an outstanding job. 5 Star Service from Jennifer Bicht- I live an hour away from this particular dealership but excellent customer service matters a lot! I called to have a recall issue fixed and Jennifer gave me a same week from this particular dealership but excellent customer service matters a lot! I called to have a recall issue fixed and Jennifer gave me a same week appointment. When she realized what kind of commute I had, she gave me a complimentary brand new Toyota Tacoma to drive so that I didn’t have to waste my whole day sitting in the dealership. I asked her to also change my oil and she found that I had a free oil and tire rotation left under my Toyo Guard. Jennifer also let me know that all synthetic oil changes are under $60. So turns out that is much cheaper for me to return to Toyota of Vero Beach even with the commute. Thank you Jennifer…you have single handedly created a life long customer!!! More
