Feeling scammed’s pain. Nothing was written down during the conversation, so we had no idea what discounts or trade in was until after we signed. Granted, it is nice and works for our needs, but the payments are way more than we wanted to pay and longer than we wanted to pay. Paperwork was messed up with the lending institution, it took almost 4 weeks to get it straightened out by calling the credit union. Name was messed up on paperwork and registration was incorrect and fixed it after we went to DMV. When we went back to try and sort it all out, was told, sorry, you signed the papers, it’s yours. We were told they would”buy” it back but at a severe financial loss to us. More

The massively expanded sales lot sits in front of a small, old service garage that has not grown for as long as I've been a customer. The larger load means unacceptably long service waits. Do I really need to wait hours for an oil change? Today i brought my truck in for a scheduled appointment. I added if it would be done in an hour. I was told yes. I came back to the service desk in an hour. The truck was still sitting outside untouched. Seriously? I'm done. More

Told it is my environment yet I live within walking distance to Vero Beach Toyota. My warranty means nothing and I foolishly purshased an extended warranty. At 80 years old, made the worse decision purchasing and trying to support a local vendor. Cost of new wheels for this car which has 6,000 miles is $3,000 I was told. Thought Bob Quaile was a reputable person but my experience has proved me wrong. More

Dealt with the service department 5 different occasions and the only thing these "professionals" have done is cost me money and not fixed my issues. Always excuses and never once a real fix. Take the extra time and go to the Melbourne toyota. On one occasion i had to bring my car back because they forgot to reattach my airbag, once they charhed me to "shave" my tires only to find out later one of them just wasnt balanced, twice my truck was there for a cold start knocking sound and was assured the problem was solved and it wasnt, had a guy at tire kingdom fix it instead, and just today told me my car was "good to go" after dropping it of for rough running issues and as soon as i pulled off of the lot onto the road had to immediately turn around as the problem was still there. All of this has cost me money and time. So again I ask, where are these 5 star ratings coming from? More
Used to be a great dealership - but not anymore. My wife and I have been taking her 2006 Scion xB to this dealership since 2007 for everything: maintenance, repairs, and even standard oil changes. Over the past couple of years we have noticed a decline in the attention to detail that justified paying the premium for “Toyota Certified” service. Repair recommendations were made without checking a the vehicle history to see what work was done within the past year, etc. This came to a head in August when the vehicle was brought in for a battery light coming on when the car started, and then disappearing after a couple of miles. When checked by the dealership’s service center, they deemed nothing wrong and sent it home with the light still turning on. Within a month, other systems started to fail confirming my “non-mechanic guess” that the alternator had gone bad. We were disillusioned with the service level at this point, BUT we still had Toyota complete the repair out of consistency. Within 24 hours, the new alternator they installed failed and her car died again. I had her car towed to the dealership and we were told it was a “faulty part” and they ordered ANOTHER alternator. When I asked to speak to management about the ordeal, the only person who was available was the Sales Manager. I explained that he probably wasn’t the person we needed to speak to, but he said “well, tell me anyway”. Upon conveying the issues, he was rude and claimed my wife was “already given a $250 discount” (which she was not) on the repair. We both left the dealership disheartened and disappointed. Afterwards, we contacted Toyota Customer Service and - after SIX WEEKS of conversation - we never heard from ANYONE from the dealership’s management. Not a soul could be bothered to follow up after almost ten years of loyalty to their business. Toyota of America has since taken actions to make amends and restore our faith in the brand itself, but any Toyota specific repairs will be done by a dealership outside of Vero Beach, Florida. If you plan on having your Toyota (or any vehicle) repaired, go anywhere that is not this dealership. More

At Stuart Toyota, they told us we would have to take it back to the dealer we got it from to have it replaced. Our 20k mile service was due, so we went back to Vero Beach, where we purchased the car. We were told this car came from Tampa and we would have to get the molding from them, even though we bought the car from the Vero Dealership, but they would see if they had it and follow up with us. No one ever followed up and at Stuart Toyota, they wash your car after they service it, but here, no courtesy wash was performed. We were very disappointed with this service department. More
