Needless to say that work wasnt performed. The Oil cap was so over tighten, that I needed lock grips to loosen it. They tried to sell me cabin filter service $70 change without even checking it. It cost me $20 to do it myself They also recommended rear brake work, brake fluid flush. All for a car with 45,000 miles All and all left unimpressed and hesitant to return for future service. More

I did not recognize my car as it looked "BRAND NEW" as if it just came off the showroom floor! I feel so terably blessed and grateful to be in good hands for my much continued services as a customer with Toyota of Vero Beach. Last but not least, I would like to express how the rest of the staff in the Service Advisor department also aim to please the customers with their services that's needed.
