Just recently purchased my 3rd Avalon from Toyota of Vero Beach. The first 2 I purchased were used avalons and my experience was great, this recent purchase was a brand new avalon and it was my easiest purc Beach. I live outside the Vero area, so they were great with providing me wonderful information over the phone regarding, pricing, trade in value, etc. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was full of gas, clean and ready to go! My salesperson Ben Thomas was excellent, even helping me to connect my phone with the handsfree bluetooth and everything. Too far to go for service, but will continue purchasing my Toyotas from them and have already referred a family member and a few friends. More

I dread buying a new vehicle and rarely rate a dealer as my past experiences have been awful however I just had one of the most pleasant experiences ever at Toyota of Vero Beach. Ben was awesome! He worked a deal with me over the phone letting me know that he couldn't give me an accurate figure for my trade over the phone, but gave me a "guesstimate" saying that he would get more if he could. That got me to visit the dealership. I was given more for my trade after I got there, the purchase price he promised was honored, and I left in my new camry with the feeling that I was important! Kudos to the staff there for making me feel special and helping me get my dream car! The entire staff there was not only helpful and friendly, they were true professionals. No back and forth, no bait and switch, just honesty. They are really some good people there and you can clearly see that they work as a team with their managers. (who were real gentlemen as well). I was even introduced to the owner...that's a first for me! Thankyou Ben and the entire staff at Toyota of Vero beach!!! More

Just left TOYOTA of Vero Beach. Did you know a door handle is considered TRIM! I CANNOT OPEN MY HATCH on my Sequoia. NOT covered under warranty. REALLY!!! Made deal where dealership would make first payment if I upped the amount putting down. Said just to bring in what I recieved from the bank so they would have my account number to pay. When bill came in I took it to them, was told that, them making the first payment was not part of the deal that was made. Told them it was written down and signed by the sells manager on the sheet that had the price quote we agreed on. They went to pull my file, came back 30 mins later said they couldnt find the file and they wouldnt make the payment. Bob Quall the owner was of no help either. Very very very bad reputation around town, wish I would have asked around more before going. More

Most people say not to buy a car in Vero, but we had a great experience shopping here. We got the deal we wanted. Definitely was some haggling which wasn't fun but it worked out in the end. And it was soooooo easy for us to order the car we wanted. Everyone was honest and upfront. The service department is AWESOME. Jennifer is so knowledgable. And so is everyone else I've worked with there. Service time might take a while but I always took advantage of the courtesy car so I never waited around there. The service people are VERY friendly, considerate, and helpful. More

I bought a 2 year old Toyota from this dealership. In my opinion their work was shoddy, as I repeatedly had to have the same problem repaired several times and the car was never ready when promised and filthy when it was. Many times I waited 2 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment days ahead of time. I gave them a 2 for friendliness as they always had a smile when they took my money. More
