I went on the internet and filled in info about Rav 4. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Randy the general sales manager from Toyota of Vero. There were no hastles and quibbling over price, etc. I was then turned over to Joe Perry who assisted and provided info concerning the car until it arrived at their lot (approximataely 2 l/2 weeks later). The night we went to pick up the car Jason Nightengale took over and made the whole experience wonderful and hastle free. Everything went according to my specifications and no hidden surprises.
