We just made our second new car purchase at Toyota of We just made our second new car purchase at Toyota of Vero Beach with the same salesman Damon Fish. If you would like to buy a new Toyota and want We just made our second new car purchase at Toyota of Vero Beach with the same salesman Damon Fish. If you would like to buy a new Toyota and want to be treated with sincere respect and integrity, this is the man and this is the dealership. Damon is a true sales professional who knows the Toyota line inside and out. He takes the time to go over all of the features and benefits of your new car purchase and explains everything in detail. And their finance man Steve Ekin and their used car appraiser Mike are also equally as professional. If you do your homework and know what your trade-in is worth, they will work with you to get down to a new car and trade-in price that is as good as you will find. They do not use high pressure sales tactics but simply work things out to your mutual satisfaction. This dealership makes the new car buying experience very pleasant and what it actually should be---fun!. And we have shopped around at other nearby dealers and they don't even come close to offering the professionalism that you will get at Toyota of Vero Beach. Albert M. Shoemaker Vero Beach, FL More

We dealt with many different dealers and Sales people looking for not only the best deal, but a dealership that we felt we could have a long relationship with. We found that in Vero BEach Toyota. The Sal looking for not only the best deal, but a dealership that we felt we could have a long relationship with. We found that in Vero BEach Toyota. The Salesman Damon Fish was excellent and never once did we feel that he was not giving us all the information that we requested. He was excellent in meeting our needs as to the type of truck that I was looking for and made the experience with Vero Toyota a great one. The truck was ready when we arrived, He was professional in how he handles everything form the big things to the little ones. He met all of our needs and price as well as made the transition from our previous lease vehicle into this one painless. When looking for the right dealer it doesn't always come down to price, it comes down to the experience with the dealer and salesman, Vero Beach Toyota went above and beyond what we expected and will definitely recommend them and Damon to others as well as continue to do business with them. It was our second lease with this dealer. The first time was very smooth, good experience and I guess they got cocky, changed management and thought they could disregard the customer service. We never mis was very smooth, good experience and I guess they got cocky, changed management and thought they could disregard the customer service. We never missed a payment and took great care of the car. The car was a piece of junk, nothing but problem with it from the very 1st week. We had to change the tires 2 times in 38000 miles for which they charged us a fortune (and no, we do not racetrack) and they still asked us to change them again at the end of lease for an even more ridiculous price. Every time my wife when for the scheduled maintenance alone, they tried to take advantage of her and scared her that she could have a huge problem or crash with the kids if they did not make such and such "repairs" or "changes" on the car which of course were extra charges. We mentioned problems with the suspension and the direction since the very first day and they assured us they'll take care of it.....NOT So many other things were wrong, it’s ridiculous. Anyway, they lost very good and loyal customers by treating them badly and unfairly, well ....live and learn. I won't deal with them ever; neither will my company, nor my wife's. We went across the street to a US competitor and wished we had done it sooner. I wish the best of luck to current customers of the Toyota in Vero and my best advise....RUN, they are not cheaper and if they were, you'll get what you'll pay for....Peanut. More
Arrogant people that proved to be as difficult and opportunistic when trying to sell them the vehicle as they were when it was purchased. I felt no sense of honor or integrity. opportunistic when trying to sell them the vehicle as they were when it was purchased. I felt no sense of honor or integrity. More
We shopped several Toyoata and Ford dealers in this area looking for a truck, new or used, to replace our aging F-150. When I go out to buy a vehicle, with one to trade, the only thing I want to see from a looking for a truck, new or used, to replace our aging F-150. When I go out to buy a vehicle, with one to trade, the only thing I want to see from a dealer is what my check will have to read if I want one of their vehicles. After discussing what we had been looking at, and what might work for us from both the Vero Beach inventory and vehicles they could get for us, we made a choice. Dennis Lord had our vehicle appraised by the Vero Beach staff while we waited. He then came back with a single sheet of paper with a number on it. That was the WHOLE DEAL....ALL taxes, "fees",surcharges, etc, etc. He made it real easy and for possibly the first time...a pleasant experience. We continued to shop, and came back the next day. "The Number" had not changed....there was NEVER a mention of "that's only good today, blah...blah". I wrote the check for the agreed upon number, delivered the title on my trade-in and picked up my new Tundra truck. They did EXACTLY what I wanted them to do for me from the outset...give me your best price, with EVERYTHING included in it so I know EXACTLY what my out-the-door cost is going to be. UP FRONT, NO B.S. FWIW: for those reading this...if you find this approach to be a little too much for you, go to Bev Smith Toyota where(based on our recent visit there) you can still get a much more typical buying experience, with a MUCH higher number on the paper that they will then want to "Dicker with you" over....one we walked away from QUICKLY...ESPECIALLY when they took five thousand bucks off their "number" INSTANTLY when I got up and walked out.
