Although an approaching storm made a test ride out of the question we were warmly invited to return the following day which we did. Making sure that the 4 Runner Limited was a good fit for us, Anjali led us to finance manager Rick Johnson who made purchasing the 4 runner a win win experience. It was a great 74th birthday. Emergency Service December 30th my very reliable Prius had an issue. I called Toyota of Vero Beach service about the warning lights that appeared and was reassured by t December 30th my very reliable Prius had an issue. I called Toyota of Vero Beach service about the warning lights that appeared and was reassured by the phone follow-up provided Kathy in the service department as I drove my car in for "emergency" service. Even though it was the day before a holiday weekend, and I did not have an appointment, I was made comfortable and kept informed. The car had to remain for service and parts, but I was provided a loaner to go home with. I was fully informed about the repairs and anticipated completion, by the service manager Carl. Completion was right on schedule and the car is running better than ever. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and repair. More

Incredible customer service I live in Orlando and I was frustrated with the typical car dealer negotiations in Central Florida after multiple failed attempts. My brother and parents had a great experience with a Salesman named Jason Nightingale so I called him to give him a chance to earn my business. Wow, what an experience, Jason was exceptional as he is the example of what customer satisfaction is and should be. I drove over two hours to purchase a car was well worth it, complete transparency throughout the whole process and the price he promised over the phone was the exact price I received when I arrived to buy the car. I was truly impressed and coincidentally my parents bought two more cars from him this month making it three cars this month alone from our family. More

Buying the car alone, I knew that my problem would be with finance department; I felt pressured and I should have asked more questions and stood my ground . when I was uncomfortable. It was my fault for being hasty to get the car and not having financing (at much lower rate) prearranged. In the end, I can salvage this and I really do like the car. And as long as Moses is available for my hybrid newbie questions, I am happy. More
