Leasing Made Easy! Ron, the salesman, was pleasant and put us at ease right away as we explored the possibility of leasing a sedan as compared to buying one. He was patient as he answered our questions and, after inspecting our trade-in, offered us top dollar for it in either case. When we told him we were not ready to move forward, he pleasantly honored our stance and invited us to come back when we were ready. No high pressure. We returned the very next day with the VIN number of an online 2018 car "special" shown on their website, fully expecting that it would be "gone" as in most "bait and switch" situations. Surprise! That car was on the lot! After we drove it, we immediately decided to lease it. That's when Steve, the Finance Manager, took over. He honored the special internet price, gave us top dollar on our trade-in, and we moved forward to close the deal. Steve expertly generated all the necessary paperwork, we signed them. Before we drove our new car off the lot, Bill sat in it with us and reviewed all the settings and controls, and he invited us to return at any time if we had any questions about opearting all the new "bells and whistles." As my husband and I drove home, we agreed that, of the 6 Toyota purchases we had made in past years, this buying experience had been the best.
