Switch and Bait Called this dealership one morning. Spoke with Alex who said he was the Sales Manager. Asked him about a 2019 Highlander. He asked me no questions a Called this dealership one morning. Spoke with Alex who said he was the Sales Manager. Asked him about a 2019 Highlander. He asked me no questions about color, model, seating desired, nothing. But he did assure me a down payment of 1995.00 with a leased monthly payment of $325.00. Like I said, no questions about income, credit etc., just these figures. I asked if I could come in to see the vehicle, a 40 mile drive away. Got there, met a wonderful salesman named Haley, saw the car, test drove the car and then the games began. Did paperwork, took to financing came back with increased figures. Next thing I know Alex comes in the room and explains to me that the 60/40 split seat is an additional price. Outright lie according to 3 other Toyota dealers as well as window sticker at one dealership ! Then he tells me that the down payment increased due to the color of the car they showed me. I didn't ask for any particular color nor did Alex ask me about a color in the original conversation that he gave me figures in So bottom line is, got lied to about payments and down payment and wasted 80 miles round trip and two hours of time to listen to a lying sales manager who doesn't deserve his job! Again, thank you to Haley but due to your boss I will never be back now will I refer you to the turkey vultures on the street ! More

Sales person was Bradly Dechent and he was truly excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and professional....I Purchased a new vehicle on June 26, 2019. Sales person was Bradly Dechent and he was truly excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and professional....I would deal with him again Very helpful with setting up all the features on the new Toyota both and maintaining contact before and after the sale. VB Toyota Service Center has always been professional and I highly recommend it, I've taken my vehicles there for all my maintenance needs and they're very competitive and do quality work. Only rated quality of work low becasue of their upper management and Financial Department, maintenance Department is excellent. Upper Sales Management and Financial Services are another matter....Finalized a different price than what was settled on....Hard to recommend buying from VB Toyota but can highly recommend their Service Center. Would I buy a new car from them again, probably not. More

First they wanted to run our credit before we found what we were looking for then they showed us cars that had not been cleaned. With stains on the seat and food all ove then we found the car and they told us the best they could do was $5000. More than advertised on their website I will NEVER step foot on that dealership again More

Deceptive practices. I was not told the truth during the fin *****UPDATE 6/1219 I have called asking for some additional information on my loan (GAP info) and days later NOTHING. I found out my GAP insurance was not transferable like the finance person stated. I asked this because once I saw the rate I mentioned I would have my credit union would buy the loan, therefore asking him will it transfer. He said yes. I called JM&A group, and they confirmed that it was a lie! ***Changing my star to a one. *** On May 27th, 2019, I decided to buy my son a car for his graduation gift. I went online, and I viewed two cars from Toyota of Vero beach used car section. I filled out the proper online forms indicating I wanted to look at these cars. Less than 20 mins later a woman called me and told me they have both of the cars on the lot and when can I come in to test drive. I told the women that I would be there less than 40mins. My son and I arrived around 12:30 pm (27minutes after the phone call) to find out that both of the cars were already sold and it looks like they were sold a day or two ago. I was very disappointed! However, my son was excited to get a car, so we stayed and looked around. I was greeted by a saleswoman who stayed with us the whole time, she was friendly, professional and you can tell she wanted to help us get the right car. After about an hour we picked out a beautiful Ford Mustang convertible and agreed on a price. they got me under my $250 per month budget, but this is where things got worse. During the financing, I was told they added a great warranty to the loan because they reduced the car price for me as he handed me the contract to sign. I asked the finance guy what is my deductible for when I bring my car in to be fixed if needed. The guy said let me check…….Oh, it’s a $500 deductible! I was like no thank you. This finance guy rips the contract and prints out another one. This new contract I signed had the interest raised a whole point higher and went from a 60 month to a 67month loan with a 13% interest rate which I did not see it until I got home (my fault)! I was so excited to buy this car for my son. I trusted the finance guy. This guy did not go over anything. He changed the financing interest rate and length of the loan. He almost stuck me with a bogus repair warranty. I also paid approximately $1500 in dealer and processing fees. I am afraid about my gap insurance and need to verify it is transferable and covers more than 100%. A lot of the financing terms I did not find out until I called the bank who approved my loan days later. This is when I found out the true numbers, which made me sick to my stomach. I called my credit union, and they are going to buy back the loan at 4% interest rate for 60months but the bad news I have to pay $1200 out of pocket because the loan to value is too high. More
