I told him that nothing will change my mind and I would never set foot in this dealership again. He then told me that they would send me a check in the amount of $400 in exchange for taking down my review and substitute it with a positive one. That should tell everybody the morals and ethics of this dealership. Needless to say, the check never arrived, even after Jamal assuring me several times via text that the check was issued and sent. I asked for a copy of the check, which he never supplied either. More

Always does good service in reasonable time. This time they accommodated me without an appointment due to needing a tire replacement right away. Sales personnel were superb in everyway possible, they were able to come up with the price I was looking for and managed to make the sale. Amazing Experience with Toyota of Vero Beach I just purchased a 2017 Porsche 911 from Jared Saunders and I could not be happier. I'm a car nut and visit many high end dealerships frequently (buy many higher end vehicles), and I can say that Jared and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, and he made the entire buying process quick, easy and comfortable. Overall, I would say that the dealership experience out-shined most other "luxury" car dealerships (Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, etc) from which I have purchased previously. I highly recommend Toyota of Vero Beach and especially Jared if and when you're in the market for your vehicle. Jared will certainly have my business going forward. I would also like to send a huge thank you to the rest of the staff with whom I worked - Ken Kelly and Steve Ekin. They are all top notch. More

Extremely Deceptive Online Pricing While shopping for a car online, I came across a 2016 Hyundai Sonata listed on their website for the "Internet Price" of $14,823. After asking for a d While shopping for a car online, I came across a 2016 Hyundai Sonata listed on their website for the "Internet Price" of $14,823. After asking for a detailed quote, including a total purchase price, I was told the actual price of the car was $19.385.29. I was not ever given an actual detailed quote. The price was almost $5,000 higher (over 30% increase), which in my opinion constitutes incredibly deceptive pricing. I would not recommend anyone trust this dealership, and if you choose to do business with them make sure to ALWAYS ask for a detailed quote ahead of time. Also, don't pay extra for nitrogen filled tires. More

I just bought my third new vehicle from Toyota of Vero Beach. I have been a customer since 2011. Their staff is very friendly. Jason Nightingale is my " go to" salesman.
