BUT DALE.. WER'E ONLY LOOKING!!!!! Went into Toyota of Vero Beach expecting to look at a few used trucks.... then I met Dale...2 hours later, my wife and I are driving off the lot in a Went into Toyota of Vero Beach expecting to look at a few used trucks.... then I met Dale...2 hours later, my wife and I are driving off the lot in a spanking new Tacoma. Couldn't have been easier, not only did we get the vehicle we were hoping for but we also got to scarf down a couple of burgers and doggies while we waited for the team to prepare our ride for departure... All in all it was a great experience, Ask for Dale when you walk in ..only if you want to be treated like family.. Thanks Dale More

Went in to LOOK at a RAV4...... absolutely loved it. Our sales person was Jasen. He was kind , professional and made my husband and I enjoy being at the dealership. OK here we go... They posted on their FB page a promo, talking about a stimulus package they got to pay for your trade in even if it was in negative equity. I wish I had taken a screenshot of that post because right after we walked out the dealership they took it down and post a new one (I guess they found out people wouldn't fall for that one after we went there). After reading the promotion I asked for more information through Messenger. I explained my situation give them my numbers and everything (I still have the conversation saved but since It have personal information I'm not disclosing it in this post) and they told yes we can work with this and get you a nice deal. I drove 2 hours to Vero and was decided on buying a new car. I get out of my car walked to their offices (wish are a complete mess) and there's no one to greet us or guide us to where we needed to go. The manager walks toward us and ask us how he could help we explained we had an appointment with this person and he says oh, let me get you someone that will help you. We waited patiently and this men comes and The first thing is that I had an appointment with "Billy" and they sent this person who has no Customer Service Training to deal with me (that's how his face was, very irritated). He introduce himself, asked the main question and started with a "Okay, I'm gonna be completely honest with you because I don't want to waste my time" at that point I knew everything was so wrong. He wanted to run my credit without giving me and offer, car prices or and estimate. He said if he didn't run a credit report he couldn't give me any offer or nothing at all. The so called "manager" overheard the conversation and was backing him up. We explained we weren't okay with them running my credit if by end of the day when they give me prices and number we weren't gonna agree that it was unnecessary. he says okay no problem let me get that for you, he goes to his office and brings 2 papers. One paper was with the imaginary "incentives" and stimulus money but with a higher rate and the other was without them but with a lower rate. We were going through the information given and noticed that on the report which it had the incentives added the same amount they added to the final price of the car. In the one that did not had the money (stimulus money) added the car price was lower. So pretty much they want to trick you saying yes we are helping you but they will put that money toward the balance and make you pay for it with interest. We asked for an explanation, the sales man was on muted he didn't knew what to say and called the manager (he pretty much didn't wanted to deal with us his face said it all, work with that!). and the manager said with a bad attitude " Okay if you don't like what you see just go somewhere else" (he kicked us out of the place). We said, so you are tricking your customers? He repsonded, be careful what you say and go to Bev Smith instead. .... and so we did! Thank you for being such an unprofessional place and promoting other dealership. At the end of the day we are grateful that we noticed your games and tricks and save a lot of money. To make it more exciting, you guys call me on Sunday to know about experience (it was much more shorter than this what I said) Said Oh I'm sorry and hang up. You guys need some training on customer service. You have know idea what you guys are doing. More
Dale Froehlich was one of the best salesmen i’ve ever met with! Dale was very knowledgeable about all the cars he had on the lot, and he knew about all the features that came with each car. He was visibly passionate about his job and he did everything in his power to make sure that I got the car I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure the car was perfect when I picked it up, and he still makes sure everything is going smoothly with my new car. Out of all the salesman (from varies dealers) i’ve talked with, he is 100% the best. Get with him for an awesome new car! We will be back to see Dale for another new car soon (: More

I am writing a retraction to my previous review. First I'd like to publicly apologize to Alvin our salesman for calling him a liar. We had a problem after turning in our lease and got a bill for approxima I'd like to publicly apologize to Alvin our salesman for calling him a liar. We had a problem after turning in our lease and got a bill for approximately 4000 dollars. And it turned up on our credit report while shopping for a mortgage. We went to him and they said they were trying to rectify the situation. This went on for a couple of months. When I called Toyota direct I was told that no one from the dealership was working on anything and that we were liable for the money. Hence my nasty mean review. Today we came back from the dealership. EVERYTHING was taken care of to our complete satisfaction. Toyota was wrong when they said that no one was working on it. Alvin and his manager truly went above and beyond to make this right and once again I say that I am truly sorry to Alvin and his manager. This is our 4th car from them and after today they have forever earned our customer loyalty. Thank you Alvin for for patience and tolerance during this situation. Your a standup guy. More
