Recent took my 2019 Highlander in for first 5,000 mile checkup. I had decided to add running boards added during this service visit. Being a Saturday and short staffed, it was going to take sometime to checkup. I had decided to add running boards added during this service visit. They offered to send me home with Lyft and pick me up when it was done, but I had things to do and asked if I could bring it back another day. They were very accommodating.
