I was looking for a Toyota Corolla and saw one online from Vero beach Toyota for a great price, emailed them to check availability and confirm the price. I received a call shortly after the email where from Vero beach Toyota for a great price, emailed them to check availability and confirm the price. I received a call shortly after the email where the price was confirmed I also asked about their dealer fee, which is $899. I live in Tampa and said I would drive over the next day to see the car, 2 hour 30 minute drive. I arrived at the dealership and met the salesman. We looked over the car and I stated what my out the door price was. There was a sticker on the car window with dealer added accessories which included an exterior and interior xzilon treatment, door edge guards, pin stripe, and nitrogen filled tires. The price on these accessories were $2395 which he stated was included in the price of the vehicle. I restated “these are included in the price of the car” and he confirmed that they were. We went for a test drive, the car was exactly what I was looking for. We went into an office to go over the details where he produced the final price of the car which was, yes, $2395 higher than I expected it to be. The added accessories weren’t included they were added on! After some discussion he took my original offer to the manager who Came into the office introduced himself and stated “ we can’t sell this car for this price. I thanked him for his time and walked out. A short time later I received an email from the salesman stating you won’t find a similar car within 300 miles. I drove an hour south to Earl Stewart Toyota, they had a similar car with just a few more miles but with almost a year more factory warranty left. Test drove the car, agreed on a price and am now the proud owner of a 2019 Toyota Corolla. Also at Earl Stewart there is no dealer fee and no games! More

Very poor customer service. Delivered vehicle Wednesday night. Vehicle not ready Thursday or Friday and further required to leave weekend. Not offered any discount. Poor value for money on repairs.
