Keep driving, there is not a lot of honesty found at Toyota Kia Sales Dept. I was given an offer by them to buy a car I was selling. I drove all the way there and witness a spectacle of finger pointing Toyota Kia Sales Dept. I was given an offer by them to buy a car I was selling. I drove all the way there and witness a spectacle of finger pointing as to who made the offer. Nobody could own up to the offer I was holding in my hand clearly their name all over it. 2020 911 Porsche (992) mint condition with 9K in upgrades to to fully loaded car. It was in their lot, so low ball me 10K even after seeing their offer in my hand. On that note, C'est la vie, the dishonesty made my skin crawl. Sold the car an hour later to some people who actually know cars, Toyotas loss. Such an easy turn-key opportunity yet they let greed fog their heads. So, keep driving my friend and keep looking but if you should step in their Charade of smoke and mirrors, buyer be ware. More
Salesman didn’t explain xxxx about the truck to me! We don’t even know how to turn on the driving lights, or they don’t work! Purchased 3 days ago! We are buying my wife’s car elsewhere in the morning! S don’t even know how to turn on the driving lights, or they don’t work! Purchased 3 days ago! Reached out to them via their website to inquire about a black tacoma. Was told that inventory would be coming in within 3-4 weeks. In the mean time, we decided to stop in and test drive a Tacoma to see if black tacoma. Was told that inventory would be coming in within 3-4 weeks. In the mean time, we decided to stop in and test drive a Tacoma to see if we even liked the truck. They had a few on the lot and were listed at a good price, but not in the color we wanted. Before we left, we were told that they could get the truck we wanted the next day We asked how that could be and they said they "had their ways". We told them to keep in touch when it arrives. Later that evening, we were told that the exact one we wanted would be arriving the next morning. Next morning we received an email with photos of the truck we wanted on the lot. We confirmed, I repeat, we CONFIRMED an out the door price of $38k prior to driving back to the dealer only to find out when we got there that they wanted $44k. Very misleading and disappointing. Would have loved to have purchased the truck at the price we confirmed ahead of time. If the price is $44k, they should just list it as such. More

No stars for Vero Beach Fl. Toyota Dealership. We spent hours waiting to see cards. The salesman had to go get them and I hated the wait. The cars should be in an airconditioned showroom as it is too hot i hours waiting to see cards. The salesman had to go get them and I hated the wait. The cars should be in an airconditioned showroom as it is too hot in Florida. Also upon arrival they would not just show you a car unless you gave them all your information. We just wanted to look at cars. I would never buy a car from the Vero Beach Dealership because this was was a hassle and waste of our time. More

HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! Beware of "Car Dogs"Typical HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! Beware of "Car Dogs" Typical Car Salesmen, bait & switch tactics, poor management (Tyler Schaeffer) & Very poor service HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! Beware of "Car Dogs" Typical Car Salesmen, bait & switch tactics, poor management (Tyler Schaeffer) & Very poor service We went to Toyota of Vero Beach because they had the exact Tundra that we were looking for.. they do have a great selection.. But the experience went south as soon as we arrived. We had an appointment set up and told them exactly which vehicle we were coming to purchase. We confirmed the asking price and availability before driving over an hour to this dealership. We were greeted by Sage, our sales person, who wanted to sit and talk about the deal before even showing us the vehicle that we had driven to see. He proceeded to brag about being a lifelong car dealer and his favorite movie "Car Dogs" (which you should definitely watch before going to this dealership because it's who they want to be). He finally let us take a test drive, it's a great truck, and exactly what we wanted, and listed at a great price... seemed perfect. Then we started talking numbers.. Sage kept doing the go to the manager thing.. and kept coming back with a price that had a $7,000 fee attached. When we asked about this fee, we were told that it's the market mark-up because the truck is actually worth more then they list it for!! So, they under list the vehicles, then mark them up when you make the deal, and try to slip that fee into the deal. Then try to rework the numbers to make you happy, while still keeping the higher then listed sticker price. The sticker on the window says one price... then they say it's in high demand so they are charging a market percentage. That's called bait and switch. Advertise on line that it's $52k, then when the customer arrives, tell them that it's actually $59k. And, they had plenty of chances to tell me this BEFORE I drove 1.5 hours!!! After we refused to pay this fee, and were told we wouldn't.. it appeared again in our finance paperwork, as we were about to sign. We had to start all over again with Tyler the sales manager. Once we did finally sign to a deal that we were comfortable with, the sales staff and Tyler were so fed up that they couldn't get that $7k out of us, that they ignored us as our vehicle was being prepped. After waiting outside for an hour, and not being offered a drink or a seat, I went to ask our dealer where the truck was. He said it was right out front. That's because he didn't even know which truck we had just paid over $50k for. As we were standing in the lot waiting, Tyler Schaeffer went by and smugly handed us his card and said, "Sorry about the mix-up, we just don't want a bad internet review, let me know what I can do to make it up. We don't sell 100 cars a month with bad google reviews." He cared way more about the review, then actually earning the good review. During the negotiation of the deal, Sage offered us running boards, and told us we could pick them out and that we could have them installed at our local dealer. They also agreed to come and pick up our trade in. A month later our old truck was still sitting there and we couldn't get anyone to respond about getting the rails installed. After A LOT of run around, we finally got an appointment to get them installed. Tyler Schaeffer then asked by text if we were happy with the deal. I said no, that it was the worst buying experience ever. He asked if he could do anything to make it right. We asked if he might throw in a Touneu cover for the bed. He said he would and began to make the arrangements to have it installed. After agreeing to that, Tyler Schaeffer the said by text "We will need a 5 star Google Review to make that happen." unbelievable! He didn't care about the customer or our buying experience. He didn't care that we spent $50k at his dealership and were unhappy. He only cared about what we wrote in the review. He was willing to buy the good review, knowing that he as a slime ball the entire time. THESE GUYS ARE THE TYPICAL CAR DEALERS! THEY USE ALL OF THE TECHNIQUES THAT EVERYONE LAOTHES! 3 When you leave this place you feel like you need a shower. More
