I purchased a brand new Toyota truck with a missing piece I was told I could take it to another dealership I called the Stuart dealership they said sure bring it in. I got a babysitter while I drive for the 7 am appointment only to be told no you have to take it back to where you purchased it. I also had to take 3 hours off work, then had to drive about 100 miles round trip. I get checked in they younger guy asked if I would like the truck washed? Please and thank you. Well that never happened. Service man was very nice and helpful. Honestly it hasn’t been a good experience whatsoever and very disappointed that I purchased from that dealership.
