Wow. So, this has been the best experience of the year thanks to Tara in the buying department. There was a scheduling snafu which was absolutely not her fault but when she called me to reschedule, she was the most kind and nice person I have ever dealt with. She not only went above and beyond, offering to come in on her time off but advised me on a car purchase - not even at her own dealership- and saved me from making a gigantic mistake. I took my 25 Tundra in for service and a couple repair issues. They are obviously stretched very thin in the service department. My issues weren't properly communicated to the technician. My truck was kep issues. They are obviously stretched very thin in the service department. My issues weren't properly communicated to the technician. My truck was kept all day and they did nothing to address my issues. I will use a different dealership going forward because I don't think any other service department could be any worse than this one. I didn't receive any paperwork or even a consultation about my truck when I picked it up. More
