I would love to give this service 5 stars as usual. However they failed to place the oil pan cover correctly. As an elderly person traveling, When that came loose flapping on freeway going 65-70mph pre However they failed to place the oil pan cover correctly. As an elderly person traveling, When that came loose flapping on freeway going 65-70mph pretty scary sound. Sounded like I had a flat but I realized it must be something else. I am staying with my sister in Northern California and I specifically wanted my car to be serviced where I always go. So we drove back to Desert to visit friends , doc appt and to get my car serviced by you. Luckily we were not far from an OReilly’s off of freeway in Cabazon and they were able to provide us with 3 new screws and screwed back pan cover on for us. He could not do the back ones. The temperatures were well over 100. I have never had a problem in the past. Just too bad this happened. I will be taking car to a local dealer here to make sure the Back screws are in properly. I am 81. My sister is my driver. We are thankful for the work you do for us. No job is so important than not do it safely. My sister worked service for a dealership she did not mind waiting as she mentioned to get it done safely. Very scary situation. Sincerely, Nor Gonzales More
