They couldn’t make an exception for covering my broken trim even though I was only over 3k miles over the 36k miles for basic warranty. Was good brought the vehicle in for a recall, was not told all they could do is inspect on this visit. Had to wait for parts, and called the next day and one part came in but other part was on back order told all they could do is inspect on this visit. This place is beyond awesome and Michael my service advisor is ALWAYS attentive and provides the best customer service to me. Taking way too long to fix vehicle. Very limited to no communication not he status and problems. Getting in touch with my service advisor is insane... pressed 9 buttons through voicemai Very limited to no communication not he status and problems. Getting in touch with my service advisor is insane... pressed 9 buttons through voicemail, spoke to 3 people, and ultimately never got connected to my service advisor and it took almost 20 minutes. You've had my vehicle for a week now, totally unacceptable. I still don't know when it's going to be ready. I'm never buying a Toyota again. More
