They couldn’t make an exception for covering my broken trim even though I was only over 3k miles over the 36k miles for basic warranty. Was good brought the vehicle in for a recall, was not told all they could do is inspect on this visit. Had to wait for parts, and called the next day and one part came in but other part was on back order told all they could do is inspect on this visit.
