A couple of months after purchasing a previously owned certified Corolla, one tire popped. Didn't think anything of it, until I purchased another vehicle from this dealership 2 years later, and the same thing happened! Only this time it was on the freeway. The tire absolutely shredded, and I watched it bounce backwards through my rear view mirror. I called the Service Dept, I called the guy who sold me the vehicle, absolutely NOTHING. "It's wear and tear, and we are not responsible. You will have to contact the tire manufacturer." Compare this with my sister's experience at Longo Toyota, where the certified pre-owned cars have BRAND NEW TIRES!! More
