We've purchased a few cars over the years and usually end up with a pushy salesperson, but that was not the case with our last purchase. She was very enthusiastic about the Prius and and its hybrid technology. She gave us great instruction on how to operate the car. Since my cell phone is not Blue Tooth ready, she could not set up my phone connection. I will be getting a new cell phone soon and she told me to come back in as soon as I get it, and she will help me set it up. She also gave us her cell phone number and encouraged us to call her any time with questions. And we did call her that evening with a question. Normally, we would not call a sales person after hours, but Stephanie made certain we knew that she would be glad to talk to us at any time. We will recommend Stephanie to any friends who are looking for a Toyota product. Robin, the financial person, was also wonderful in helping us understand the maintenance agreement, extended warranty and the Xzilon Protection products. She did not pressure us to purchase any of these but presented the options and benefits clearly. She took us through the financial process in a very organized manner. She struck just the right balance; giving us information quickly and spending enough time so that we understood our options. It was a pleasure working with such a capable, out-going, friendly person.
