The good feelings ended at the time of actual purchase and since. If I have a negative experience, I don't generally write reviews of any kind, I just don't return to the place. But I am 4 months and 2,000 miles into this purchase and the recent. WTAF has me typing this. Strike one, adding the extended warranty, but not pointing out the cost. $3,500... Strike two, calling me the next business day to tell me I needed to re-sign loan docs at a higher interest rate. There was an approximately $300 difference for me to keep the preferred financing. They were more than happy to pass on this cost to me... They backed off on this. Strike three, car was NOT detailed. I cleaned the car the next weekend.... yeah.... they did nothing. Strike four, yeah.... here we are... Asked them to cancel the warranty, emailed and called. They said they would take care of it. 3 weeks later, nothing. So dug out the paperwork for the warranty and called the warranty people. Nothing from the dealership about canceling. I got it done. And it only took another 3-4 weeks to get that to my bank.... Strike five... Took the car into my preferred Tire place to have them rotate the tires. They refused. Tread at 4 on one side and 3 on the other. I now get to purchase new tires for the used (but only 2 year old car) vehicle. Total mileage of the car, 33,300. Miles put on by this new owner, 2,000. Did they even do an inspection?????? So that's a nice chunk of change I get to spend. Good thing I canceled that warranty... At this point, If anyone were to ask me for a recommendation, I would tell them zero stars, do not recommend. I am taking the car to my mechanic in the next week, because I am sure there is something else. I will NEVER return to this dealership. EVER. I did reach out to talk about the dissatisfaction about the warranty situation and was never contacted again. More

Simply put - do not go here. I had my sunroof repaired here in August/September. They overcharged me by over $1000. They left my interior permanently smudged and the sunroo I had my sunroof repaired here in August/September. They overcharged me by over $1000. They left my interior permanently smudged and the sunroof is not the same. I went back and had them take a look as I was not satisfied. They say it was sealed properly - but things have puckered and I can no longer drive with the sunroof cover back without excessive road noise. Of course they determined there was no problem and to investigate it, they would have to start taking things apart. They said, "We really don't like doing that," which means they didn't want to actually address what they did - and offered to do so at *MY* expense. In short - they did not return the car to me in the state in which it should have been. The airflow and noise is infinitely worse than when I took in the sunroof for repair. They took no serious responsibility. The service department manager, John Springer, failed me at every turn despite the best efforts of Nick and Katie. I had to advocate fiercely to receive a subpar rental vehicle with subpar wheels (one of which popped on a standard Bellingham area road). Beware - they will charge you top dollar and then refuse to fix or clean anything to the standard it should have been done so. Here I am almost 9 months later and I still have no recourse to repair or fix what they failed to do. More

Our seven year old was highly entertained! To be honest, I was too! Now that we’ve been driving our new car for a few weeks, we've encountered a couple of minor "new car" hiccups. This is where the real tests starts....... I'm conflicted by this place. I've worked with them for some time. I've bought new and used vehicles from the folks listed in this review. Amrani is top-notch and I would love to work with him again. Dazey I have worked with before at another dealership and he is easily 1 out of 5 stars. He didn't get a stellar (one of those "give us 10 out of 10s and I'll give you a good deal" type things) so he called me AT WORK to complain to me that I almost got him fired! When I saw him at the Toyota dealership the other day my heart about stopped. I was already in a bad mood because a 30-minute first thing in the morning service appointment had already gone 2 1/2 HOURS!! and then I see this Dazey guy. It was disappointing. I was looking at buying a Tundra or Tacoma etc. in the coming year(s) but it will likely not be from this dealership. I know they have a lot of turnover in the industry...maybe he will move on by then. I have some other things to say about my recent visit regarding the long wait and poor communication but I'm too hot right now to get into that mess. More

We had an hour drive from our campground and a 4 hr. wait but that was mostly because they fit us in without an appointment . Our roadside service Coach-net was able to get us the appointment in Bellin wait but that was mostly because they fit us in without an appointment . Our roadside service Coach-net was able to get us the appointment in Bellingham. (kudos to Coach-net) We are in our Mercedes sprinter van full time and were camped out at Rockport , WA. Our Mercedes was acting up misfiring and at times not accelerating well on the uphill. A particular valve needed cleansing ( a common problem it turns out ) . The whole procedure was covered under our extended warranty including the diagnostic .
