Ren sent me info on a couple of trucks he had in stock that matched what I was asking for; I picked the truck I wanted; he went over the different service contracts and their costs; Ren found me the best interest rate I could get… saving me a few thousand dollars from other pre-approved loans I got; and I had the truck the next day. Ren was very helpful regarding my new Tacoma’s features and uses. He went over everything in detail and I drove away knowing how to operate the various 4X4 settings and the sophisticated electronic/entertainment features that intimidate an old dog like me.
