We have purchased 7 cars from this dealership Having purchased so many vehicles from Toyota Marin pretty much sums up my review. As soon as we walked into the dealership the sales manager addressed us by name and assigned us to a sales person who had dealt with us in the past. But successful sales is only the first step. The real test is the service after purchase. Here is a service story worth sharing. Christmas 2015 we were driving our Prius to LA to see our grandchildren. It was a dark early morning when we started out . As we approached the freeway, we hit a curb and damaged two tires. AAA towed is to service and realizing our dilemma , the service manager took the car in for repair, loaned us another Toyota and got us back on the road an hour after we got there. We arrived in LA in time and as if nothing happened. There were plenty of other customers at the service center at the time but the service team were obviously well trained to handle the sometimes urgent needs of its customers. I guess you would call what they did "vehicular triage". Kudos to Toyota Marin More

Tyler is hands down the Best out there! I needed a new vehicle for a job which public transportation would not be able to cover. I originally thinking about a Prius, but Tyler convinced me t I needed a new vehicle for a job which public transportation would not be able to cover. I originally thinking about a Prius, but Tyler convinced me that the Corolla SE would be a better fit. After driving it and discussing the numbers, I decided that a lease would be best. Tyler was able to get everything ready before coming in to pick it, making the overall time spent there less. I would absolutely recommend Tyler to everyone. Help in Finding a New Toyota I had specific requirement for new car I wanted to buy. I built the car I wanted through two websites, Toyota's and TruCar through Consumer Reports. I I had specific requirement for new car I wanted to buy. I built the car I wanted through two websites, Toyota's and TruCar through Consumer Reports. I sent the specs to three dealers. Within an hour, I heard back from Toyota of Marin. The other two dealerships took 3-4 days to respond. Keith was incredibly responsive to my specific needs, answered all of my questions and researched the ones he couldn't answer over the phone. When he found that the car I wanted wasn't available in his inventory, instead of trying to sell me what he had, he located the car with my desired specs and brought it in for me to test drive. I ended up not buying the car, deciding to wait unit the 2018 model year's version that will have features that aren't available on the 2017 model. If I end up buying a Toyota, I will definitely buy it from Toyota of Marin. A low pressure sales environment and a desire to actually listen to what I want rather than to "sell" me what they have is a must for me and It is rare to find a dealership that has this in spades. Kudos to Toyota of Marin and my sales person, Keith. More
