Great buying and trade-in experience I just bought a Sienna minivan from Toyota Marin. My whole experience was very positive. My sales person was Rodger Eva. He's new to selling cars, bu I just bought a Sienna minivan from Toyota Marin. My whole experience was very positive. My sales person was Rodger Eva. He's new to selling cars, but was competent, very helpful, easy and nice to deal with, and no pressure. He answered all my questions, was responsive on a couple of trips back to the dealer and was a can-do guy. I also dealt with Lana Kweik, the general sales manager. She too was very professional, nice and easy to deal with. I have been driving Hondas since 1979 and this is my first Toyota. I was impressed with their technology and the length to which they would go to get my business. 0% financing, price equally competitive with my credit union car buying service, and top dollar for my trade-in. Since I'm getting the van converted for wheelchair use, they are even taking it over to Berkeley for me. They also agreed to let me use my trade-in until the van conversion is done, which will take a couple of months. Three cheers for these guys on knowing how to make a customer happy. On top of that, their service department is open seven days a week. So far, I'm a happy camper. More
