The process was made so easy for us that I am very grateful. I can't imagine there is a dealership within a hundred miles who could touch this one for complete focus on customer experience and satisfaction - we felt very comfortable with all the friendly employees we dealt with, never pressured, and felt like they were genuinely on our side. I also enjoyed, for a change, to work with a woman representative for this process (though all the men were great too) - Lesley was terrific, listening carefully to find out our preferences, and then determinedly pursuing satisfaction for us, not giving up until she succeeded in finding us the model that we were looking for. We would certainly seek her out again in the future! It was frosting on the cake that we also ending up receiving a really great deal on a new Hybrid Camry; I fall more in love with it every day.
