Brian made a tough decision easy Not all all customers are happy to buy a new/used car. And Brian picked up on that. My insurance company wrote my car off (I owned free and clear). Above and beyond at Toyota Marin Toyota Marin did what other dealers didn't do; namely searched for the vehicle I wanted. My son had bought a truck at Toyota Marin a while back alt Toyota Marin did what other dealers didn't do; namely searched for the vehicle I wanted. My son had bought a truck at Toyota Marin a while back although it wasn't in stock, they searched for and found the vehicle he wanted. They did, or I should say, Mike Becker, their Internet Sales Rep did the same for me. It was Aug 2017 and their inventory of 2017s was relatively low as the 2018s were arriving. We informed Mike what 2017 vehicle we wanted (model, style, color, accessories etc) and within a day or so he had found it Mike consistently kept in touch with us via the internet and phone calls clarifying the various options, vehicle prices and availability. Within a few days of our initial contact with Mike, we had a new car. When we picked up the car, Mike answered all our questions, preset numerous computer functions and made the car buying experience at Toyota Marin a very enjoyable one. More
