We weren't expecting to purchase a new car anytime soon but when our car needed more mechanical work than what it was worth we took a trip over to Toyota. Keith was super knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helped us to figure out the best financial way to get a new car. After we worked through that part and decided on a car we liked he even went out of his way to find us the exact color and model that we were wanting. We plan to go back in a couple months to get another toyota and Keith will definitely be our guy! More

Major time waster I live in Southern California, and Toyota Marin had a used car on their lot that I was looking for, I called on 10/19/17 and spoke to Greg Weiss to se I live in Southern California, and Toyota Marin had a used car on their lot that I was looking for, I called on 10/19/17 and spoke to Greg Weiss to set up an appointment to test drive the car (Black '14 Miata Club PRHT(chassis code: NC) ) on 10/21/17. The moment I got off the phone with Greg, I bought my plane ticket. The next day (10/20) my credit union asked some information regarding the car, and I went to look at Toyota Marin's site, and to my surprise, the car is gone. I emailed Greg today (10/20) at 10:49 AM asking some questions and I wanted to know if the car was sold. I also called him on 10:59 AM for peace of mind but he did not pick up, so I left him a voicemail. So the day passes and it's 1:26 PM and I have not received any form of communication with Greg. I text him asking if the car was still available, and again no text back. Now my flight leaves at 6:50 AM tomorrow (10/21/17), and I'm starting to get worried, the time is now 2:05 PM and I decided to call the dealership and ask for Greg. The receptionist (not sure) picked up, and I asked for Greg, I was put on hold, and a few seconds later, I was told Greg was not at his desk. Now I asked if that person can help me out. I wanted to know if the car was still available, the person said it was sold last night. I was deeply saddened, not because the car was sold (I was willing to put a deposit for you to hold it) but the lack of communication from Greg Weiss. I got off the phone with the receptionist and text Greg (2:08 PM) to please call me back. Greg finally calls me back at 2:10 PM stating the car was sold. So, I'm out of $207.17 and the car I wanted. The worst part isn't the money. It's about being ignored and the abysmal lack of communication. I hope no one has to go through the same experience I did. If you're reading this Greg, Thanks a lot, man, and no, I don't want the Red ND. I also submitted a review with the BBB. More
