Proud owner of a Honda V6! Mr. Ural from Toyota Marin located in San Rafael, California has helped me out finding a car for me. I just graduated from school and I decided to go Mr. Ural from Toyota Marin located in San Rafael, California has helped me out finding a car for me. I just graduated from school and I decided to go to the United States for a year. I came all the way from Switzerland, which is 5831 miles away. I was looking for a reliable car that would last at least for a year. When I checked the website of Toyota Marin Mr. Ural started to chat with me. He has shown genuine interest and he ask me to come over and have a look. I came and we made a test-drive together. The car was far above my budget and I was not convinced. I left, without a car. However, Mr. Ural did not give up on me and kept looking for a car that I might like. He found one and I came again. This time the test-drive turned out successful. I have to admit that I still found the car a little bit too expensive, but I did not have much choice, I really needed a car as soon as possible... However, I decided to buy the car. I asked for a discount, but this was not giving, at least I tried. Mr. Ural told me instead of giving me a discount he would deliver the car with a full tank (at the moment the tank was completely empty). I made the deal. Mr. Ural delivered the car at my place which I really appreciated, the only disappointment for me was that when the car got delivered the tank was only half full and not completely full as agreed. Though, overall the service that Mr. Ural provided did satisfy me. He is very friendly and does his best to make the customer happy! Oh and by the way, I am very proud and happy with my Honda V6. More
