No respect for customers and their time Got a car from them in July 2017, with one key instead of 2. Made an appointment fir a second key, dropped my car. Come to pick it up next day - they FORGOT about my car. Nothing was done. The car was on their parking lot for entire day, with appointment, nobody touched it. When I come to pick it up they told me to come next time. Needless to say that I live far from them and need my car every day. I was very upset and wanted to complain that day - they were rude to me and told me there is no manager on duty you need to complain online. So, its February 2018 now, I still don't have second key. Called them multiple times, nobody to complain, nobody to help me. If you are a busy person, avoid them. They don't respect customers and their time. My car got never forgotten on the parking lot of repair facility with an appointment. That was a shock. Second shock - when I asked them "who can I complain about it" - "You can complain online". New Taco I almost bought a 2017 quicksand long bed Tacoma and would of had to pay a high fee to get my local dealer to trade for one in Southern California. I I almost bought a 2017 quicksand long bed Tacoma and would of had to pay a high fee to get my local dealer to trade for one in Southern California. I called and spoke with Colt to see if I could get a lower fee. He advised me to come in and drive the New Tacomas and make sure that was the exact truck I wanted. I ended not liking the long bed or quicksand and eventually bought a 2018 Short Bed Tacoma from Colt and saved more money overall. It was nice for someone to actually take the time, listen, and help me find the right truck rather than just pressuring me to buy something. So Happy!! More

Great Dealership I have been taking my 4Runner to Toyota Marin for the last year and a half and have had nothing but positive experiences with their service department I have been taking my 4Runner to Toyota Marin for the last year and a half and have had nothing but positive experiences with their service department. Yesterday I went with my Aunt to help her pick out a used car. We were helped by Alvaro Angel and he was very helpful. He let us into and showed us about 8 cars on the lot, helped us decipher the information in their CarFax reports and let us test drive 2 cars. We ended up getting a good price on a used car that was affordable for her, however the way we were treated like VIP's did not reflect the price of the car at all. Highly recommend Toyota of Marin and Alvaro. More
