Alex advocated on our behalf, and the dealership manager agreed, to have our front bumpr repainted due to some existing paint chipping. The "no haggle" price was just what it sounds like - there was no haggling to be had, but ultimately it was such a good price that haggling wasn't needed. Ren was the finance guy and he was also great! Kept everything simple and quick with a good amount of humor. Lastly, their insurance guy Chris provided a good perspective on policy limits and options that one may have overlooked year after year. When it comes time to buy my next car Toyota Marin will be the first place i look. More
