Roman handled my transaction and he was really helpful every step of the way, his explanations easy to understand, very knowledgeable, witty and entertaining. Never a dull moment, specially while waiting for the paper works to finish. After-sales customer service was also superb when I needed to bring the car back for some minor check. He makes sure everything is taken cared of and you have nothing to worry about because he is on top of things and assures you he will handle everything for you. At the dealership, I told a gentleman I had an appointment with Keith, and while waiting I was escorted to the vehicle I was interested in, to take a look and take my time to examine the vehicles condition in and out. Upon meeting Keith, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars he purchases and sells as certified pre-owned. He also knows how to be personable with his customers, which made me feel confident in my purchase from him, feeling he had my best interest in mind.
