George was super; he explained all my options, spent time going over each feature in the automobile, and made the entire process run smoothly. After I purchased my almost new 2016 Corolla, he even took the time to set up my phone’s Bluetooth and help me program voice recognition. It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! More

Martin was nice, friendly and easy to work with. He told us what to expect up front, that the cost of the car was derived from other cars that had sold in the area and was low and no haggling was necessary. We test drove 2 cars and looked at a third. He told us he didn’t work on commission and wanted us to be happy with the car we chose, so he didn’t pressure to buy a more expensive car than we needed. We ended up with the car with the best deal and the lowest miles - which ended up being the car he recommended the most to us. There was a lot of paperwork after we chose our car, but there’s no real getting around that. The loan person, Colt, was also very nice and walked us through Exactly what we were signing. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy extended warrantys or services for the car, but they were all clearly explained. This is the most fun and easy experience we’ve had buying a car. I very much recommend it! More

Truly outstanding experience! I recently purchased a used Chevy Tahoe from Toyota Marin. I had been looking for a while and when I saw this one online, I called to check availabili I recently purchased a used Chevy Tahoe from Toyota Marin. I had been looking for a while and when I saw this one online, I called to check availability. Martin answered my call and from that moment on my experience with them was amazing. Martin was very helpful and honest, which is not always the case when buying used vehicles. His knowledge and eagerness to help me get the vehicle I wanted quickly became evident, as did his trustworthiness. I felt that he was answering my questions honestly and felt confident in my dealings with him. I live over two hours away from the dealership and was having trouble getting to San Rafael to see, test drive or purchase the vehicle. No one could be more surprised than I was when he offered to deliver the Tahoe to me! I kept thinking that there must be a catch somewhere! I was able to complete all of the paperwork online and get my loan approved without ever going to the dealership. The 3 day, 250 mile guarantee allowed me to know that if for any reason I decided that I didn't want it I could return it and everything would be cancelled. Much to my delight, when they got to me with it, my Tahoe was even more beautiful that it looked online. Martin was organized and professional, arriving completely prepared. We quickly went through the completed paperwork and I signed where it was needed. Then off they went, leaving me with my beautiful Tahoe at a very fair price! What amazing customer service!!!!
