Everyone was nice and helpful. Martin was helpful with assuring me I was getting a great rate for the car I was interested in. He gave me advice on getting my credit up and we sealed the deal the same day in less than a few hours. The downside, I left with the car the same as I took it for a drive. The car was not detailed as promised and am I supposed to get a full tank of gas before I leave the dealer's premises?! Overall, Martin was pleasant to work with. Thank you! I'm back on the road! Honest Down to Earth Best Used Car Buying Experience I have bought a lot of used cars over the years and definitely have dealt with the good, bad, and ugly. However I can confidently say that buying a used car from Toyota of Marin has been the best used car buying experience by a mile. Tu, Huy, and Colt helped me from beginning to end with the car purchasing experience and they were very courteous and upfront with no BS (I know right? At a used car dealership??) I also shopped around quite a bit for similar cars and the price out the door was really, really good out the door. I seriously highly recommend Toyota Marin used cars and Tu is a real MVP! More
