When I walked into Toyta Marin car dealership my overall understanding on the process of buying a new car was unclear with the slight expectation tha When I walked into Toyta Marin car dealership my overall understanding on the process of buying a new car was unclear with the slight expectation that it could possibly be a stressful and obviously analytical ordeal. Instead shortly after I walked in I was greeted by two gentleman who where both equally eager and willing to help with all of my questions, For I had many. Both men were extremely patient and accommodating with all of my needs and could not have made the process any more pleasant then they did. They where sincerely helpful throughout out the entire process. Kalvin Carr and Toyota Marin are ahead of the curve I went to eight total dealerships in one day. Some treated me like a second-class citizen the moment I casually asked for a test drive and expressed b I went to eight total dealerships in one day. Some treated me like a second-class citizen the moment I casually asked for a test drive and expressed being in the exploratory research phase. Not Kalvin. He was very engaging and informative while also applying zero sales pressure. Actually made it an enjoyable process. Less then 24 hours later I bought the car we test drove the day before. Highly recommend Kalvin. Visiting all those dealerships in one day really put into perspective how Toyota Marin's customer service is the exception, not the rule. More
