This was my first car-buying experience, and while the sales associate who helped us was great (PJ), he was new and technically works in online sales. All of the management that aided him at the main desk sales associate who helped us was great (PJ), he was new and technically works in online sales. All of the management that aided him at the main desk in the sale were apparently incompetent, because before we even drove off the lot he had to chase us down to explain that there was some paperwork one of the managers FORGOT TO HAVE US SIGN(!). We had already spent six hours there waiting and doing paperwork. Then, a week after we took home the car, we got a call that there was not actually a loan in place (even though we signed stacks of paperwork and put down a 50% deposit - what?!) We had to re-sign papers but with a larger monthly payment than originally agreed upon - horrible. We also opted for their pre-paid maintinance program and were told it included free oil changes, free towing within 25 miles of the dealership, and discounted rates on many other services and repairs. Then only three weeks after the purchase, the car wouldn't start after we went to the home improvement store- we have only driven it half a dozen times. We called the dealership only to find we couldn't get in touch with anyone in the service department (closed on Sunday, understandable), and finally talked to someone else to see how to arrange for a tow. It took them 40 minutes to 'get an answer from their manager' that a tow wasn't possible since it was Sunday (information that was left out of the explanation of benefits) while we just sat stranded. We had it towed by AAA and upon arriving at the dealer, the staff were very dismissive, hardly looked up from their computer screens to acknowledge us, and then we were told that it was a service they did about ten years ago, but that they hadn't heard about providing any courtesy towing service for at least three years (?!?!) They made it sound like we had made it all up. They also said they couldn't offer a ride or courtesy car since it was Sunday and only the Service Department handled those types of things- so we paid for an Uber home ourselves. I guess you better need help and a tow only if it is convenient to them (Thank goodness for AAA!) We understood when we bought a used car that things would not be perfect, but were sold a vehicle that supposedly had a ' 10-Point Value Guarantee' according to their website. The sales staff informed us that it was thoroughly inspected and any necessary repairs had be done to make it a vehicle in good working condition and able to be driven off the lot without issues. We certainly didn't expect in less than a month we'd be back for repairs. We'll see how many other items on the 'Guarantee' and so-called Maintenance program are also 'unheard-of' when we get the quote from the service department. After so many issues and bad experiences in such a short time, we are seriously considering returning the vehicle, and in that case, would expect a FULL refund of our money. By far, this has to be the worst (first) car-buying experience of all time. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Was calling around for a Sienna and at the time, their SM reached out. The convo started off well and said they are the only dealership in the bay a Was calling around for a Sienna and at the time, their SM reached out. The convo started off well and said they are the only dealership in the bay area to offer MSRP. Cool, lets work out a deal. A few days go by and a car is allocated to come in. I ask for the spec sheet as well as pricing, things check out until I get the final invoice. A 10K market up for dealer add on. Okay, lets see whats added, just MUD flaps. Mud flaps are less then 200 bucks on the Toyota website. The guy then proceed to say the car is at MSRP but we need to do our own mark up. Listen, if you want to say MSRP, then atleast be transparent that you are going to upcharge and over price on something else. A few days later, I get a text asking if I am still interested, after saying I am not going to pay a ridiculous mark up like that. I start to get ridiculed via text, saying, you won't find a car for MSRP, we are the cheapest in the area. Lets start with, how about you were dishonest and not transparent and thinking I would continue to buy a car from you. No thanks and stay away. More
Buying a car is always a difficult experience. While it wasn't a perfect process, Chris Smith, James Jackson, and Nicholas made it better then right in the end. I got a great price on my trade in, and walked away with my dream car. I appreciate them and everything they did to make sure I walked away happy with my vehicle and my overall experience. Would definitely highly recommend! More
A fully loaded 2023 Toyota Prius Prime XSE Premium for MSRP of $43,867. They chat and email back and forth but don't mention the price so I finally as for a quote and get an amount of $50,699 This an add MSRP of $43,867. BUYER BEWARE! !! These guys charge an additional $995 on top of the agreed and advertised price of a vehicle for an auxiliary "theft deterrent/locator"! This brings !! These guys charge an additional $995 on top of the agreed and advertised price of a vehicle for an auxiliary "theft deterrent/locator"! This brings the vehicle price above the highest book price (or more). They will not tell you this until you have agreed on a price. They also will not remove the device so they can continue to track the vehicle. WALK AWAY! (or add at least $1000 to what you think you will pay). More

Was trying to get a price on a Rav4 Prime. Instead of being transparent and up front, they loaded about $1000.00 worth of options that I didn't want and then marked them up $16k. Can you imag Instead of being transparent and up front, they loaded about $1000.00 worth of options that I didn't want and then marked them up $16k. Can you imagine being charged $12,995.00 for Mud Flaps and Cross Bars!?! Talk about disingenuous. I felt like I was dealing with an operation from the 1970's. More
